I had a small issue with my LWW order/login and sent a message, not expecting to hear back that fast.
Customer service replied the same day, which was really helpful. The first answer was a little basic, but once I gave a bit more detail, they figured it out and fixed it quickly.

It wasn’t perfect, but it was simple and useful support, and better than what I’ve gotten from a lot of other sites. I’d give it 4 stars since it took one extra message to get the right answer.

I ordered a couple of books from lww.com, and overall the delivery was dependable. I got the tracking email without any problems, and the package arrived in good shape, which I always appreciate because nobody wants books showing up with bent corners, right?
The only reason I’d say it’s more of a 4-star experience is that it took maybe a day or two longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, though, since the updates were clear enough and everything arrived safely. I’d probably order from them again if I needed something

Logging in can be a pain. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it just doesn’t. Kind of annoying when I’m trying to get in quick.

I had no issues with my subscription. Billing was straightforward, and the return process was easy too, so everything was totally fine... very calm, very normal experience.

I was able to find the books I needed for my nursing class without too much trouble, so that part was definitely helpful. The site itself worked fine for me and was easy to use, which I appreciated because I really didn’t want to spend forever hunting things down. That said, the prices are kind of painful, especially when you’re already paying for classes and everything else that comes with school. Some of the ebooks felt like a decent enough deal, but others didn’t seem that much better than buying the regular version. Overall, it got the job done, but I really wish the student discounts were a little more generous

I’ve used lww.com mostly for nursing and medical references, and the actual content has been solid for me. The explanations are clear, and it feels like the info is properly reviewed instead of just random blog-style material.

That said, after I paid, I did feel a little less trusting because the account/access side wasn’t as reassuring as I expected. Some pages also load slowly, but the accuracy is still the main reason I come back when I need a quick study check.
